Walking distance from a liquor store, gas station, Walgreens, brewery and three-minute drive to Highland Village Center with many quaint bars and restaurants. Lakes Nokomis and Hiawatha are nearby where you can enjoy the beach, paths around the lakes and rent canoes/kayaks/stand up paddle boards at Wheel Fun Rentals.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire side of the duplex. Please note that because this is a duplex, you may occasionally hear guests in the other unit. We do our best to suppress any noise that travels from one unit to another, but we wanted to make you aware as you make your booking decision! Enter through the front or rear door and check yourself in with our Schlage keypad (code will be given prior to self check-in). No smoking is allowed in the home or on the premises. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay. Free street parking is readily available. If needed, feel free to park in the private parking spots in the back off the alley.
